Systems Manager

Stuart has been the MANNERS System Manager at the Perinatal Institute since the projects conception in 2003. He manages the MANNERS technical support team, responsible for the technical infrastructure, programming, database design, and data extraction/analysis required for each of the Neonatal, Maternity, Antenatal Screening and Paediatric Intensive Care data collection systems currently in use in the West Midlands.

He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1993, working in Information Systems for Birmingham Social Services, before joining the NHS in 1996, as an IT Support Officer for Birmingham Health Authority.
